Returns of unused items, with its original tags on, are accepted provided we receive your return within 14 calendar days from its delivery date.



No cash refunds will be given. We only offer store credit refund, which will be valid for 180 days from date of issue.



Returns will only be processed online on Tuesday and Thursday of each calendar week unless the Tuesday or Thursday of that week is a public holiday. As long as your purchased goods reach us within 14 days from the date they were delivered, we will process the return on the earliest Tuesday or Thursday which is not a public holiday.



Goods purchased using store credit may not be returned to Good Addition or exchanged for a second-round of store credit.



Please note that returns or exchange of sale items, under-garments, bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, cosmetics & lifestyle goods will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item or exchanges that we does not meet our standards.



All postal fees, custom duties, and taxes for returns are to be borne by the customer. For international mail (outside of Singapore), items sent back to us for an exchange must be declared as “Returned Goods” in your respective customs declaration forms.



We recommend to use a trackable postal option. Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the customer. Good Addition Pte Ltd will not take responsibility for any lost items in transit.

Exchange

Exchanges are processed in the same way as Returns.

Please follow the Returns process to claim your store credits.

Thereafter, you may utilise your store credits to re-purchase an item, subject to stock and size availability.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our standards.

Goods purchased using store credit may not be returned to Good Addition or exchanged for a second-round of store credit.

How to Return

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Request a Return
Log in to your account, go to your order and click the “Request Return” button.

2. Select a Reason
Choose your reason for return and submit your request.

3. Wait for Approval
All return requests are reviewed within 1–3 working days.

4*. Ship Your Item Back
Once approved, mail your item back with the return form using tracked shipping.

5. Processing of Returns
Returns are processed every Tuesday and Thursday. If it falls on a public holiday, processing will take place on the next working day.

6. Store Credits Issued
Returns will be processed in the form of store credits and you will receive an email notification once your store credits have been issued.

(b) For international customers, items sent back to us for a return must be declared as 'Returned Goods' in your respective customs declaration forms

Your store credit will be valid for 180 days from date of issue.
