About the Role:
As a Fashion Associate, you’re a trusted style advisor, team mentor, and brand champion. You play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving store performance, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support Operations Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
+ Lead by example on the sales floor, mentoring junior team members and sharing product knowledge
+ Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
+ Provide styling advice and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
+ Drive sales through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge
+ Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store looks its best at all times
+ Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
+ Assist in stock management: unpacking, replenishing, and organizing inventory
+ Build customer relationships and contribute to a positive store atmosphere
+ Stay updated on current trends, promotions, and new arrivals
+ Oversee daily store operations including opening/ closing procedures as needed

About the Role
We are looking for a Design Assistant to support the team across product development, with a strong focus on technical documentation and product communication.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and precise, who enjoys working on tech packs, measurements, and translating design details into clear, structured information, while supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare and update tech packs with clear construction details, measurements, and specifications
+ Build and maintain measurement charts with accuracy and consistency across styles
+ Assist in fittings by taking detailed notes and updating revisions accordingly
+ Support product development by tracking sample changes and ensuring documentation is up to date
+ Write and refine product descriptions and copy, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand tone
+ Assist with stock counts and inventory organisation
+ Support adhoc retail shifts during busy periods (e.g. launches, events)
+ Organise design files, samples, and product documentation
Requirements
+ Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in measurements and technical documentation
+ Familiarity with tech pack creation and garment construction
+ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate product details into clear copy
+ Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including stock counts and retail support
+ Organised and able to manage multiple updates across styles
Bonus (Nice to Have)
+ Prior experience in tech pack development or production support
+ Understanding of fit, grading, and garment specifications
+ Experience writing e-commerce or product copy
