Retail Assistant
Full-Time Position (Immediate)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales assistant passionate about the world of fashion, is passionate about customer service, and knows how to work as a team.

Reporting to the E-Comm Manager and Co-Founder, the Sales Assistant should have excellent customer service, become our principal brand ambassador and help to build the Good Addition experience.

Responsibilities are:

+ Follow through on the entire customer journey, from welcoming to the final sale, dealing with any requests or complaints.
+ Stock counting and control, managing and fulfilling e-commerce deliveries, and stockroom maintenance.
+ Product organization on the shop floor, as well as visual merchandising guidelines implementation to ensure store is attractive and commercial.
+ To be aware of customer profiles, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors
+ To communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments
+ To continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties

Requirements are:

+ 5-Day work week, must be able to work on a Saturday from 9.30am - 4.30pm
+ Immediate Start
+ Vibrant personality and focused on delivering the best shopping experience
+ Proven working experience in retail sales
+ Proficiency in English
+ Solid communication and interpersonal skills
+ Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
+ Basic administration skills
