A delivery fee of S$ 3 shall be imposed for the delivery of goods that cast below S$ 80 (after deduction(s) for discounts, in-store promotion(s), and the use of store credit and including any applicable tax.
Your orders will be packed and processed during office hours from Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm. Any orders or email enquiries made after working hours will be processed during the next business day.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Timeframe is an estimate by our courier partner for non-peak periods.
Delays or lost parcels by our courier partner are not within our control. We will endeavour to assist with your order to the best of our ability in such events, please email us at mail@goodaddition.store with your order number and we will assist where possible.
For deliveries to destinations in Malaysia, we will be using Ninjavan Malaysia for a flat fee of SGD 10.
For deliveries to all other destinations, we will be using DHL Express, with a shipping fee that will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery will take 10-15 business days for all international orders.
Please note that any associated duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer. For returns due to unsuccessful delivery from customers based in countries other than Singapore, we will deduct S$ 30 from the store credit that we will issue in exchange for the returned goods.
Good Addition Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any delays due to customs clearance or failure to pay any associated customs fee required by your local government.
Returns of unused items, with its original tags on, are accepted provided we receive your return within 14 calendar days from its delivery date.
No cash refunds will be given. We only offer store credit refund, which will be valid for 180 days from date of issue.
Returns will only be processed online on Tuesday and Thursday of each calendar week unless the Tuesday or Thursday of that week is a public holiday. As long as your purchased goods reach us within 14 days from the date they were delivered, we will process the return on the earliest Tuesday or Thursday which is not a public holiday.
Goods purchased using store credit may not be returned to Good Addition or exchanged for a second-round of store credit.
Please note that returns or exchange of sale items, under-garments, bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, cosmetics & lifestyle goods will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item or exchanges that we does not meet our standards.
All postal fees, custom duties, and taxes for returns are to be borne by the customer. For international mail (outside of Singapore), items sent back to us for an exchange must be declared as “Returned Goods” in your respective customs declaration forms.
We recommend to use a trackable postal option. Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the customer. Good Addition Pte Ltd will not take responsibility for any lost items in transit.
Exchanges are processed in the same way as Returns.

Thereafter, you may utilise your store credits to re-purchase an item, subject to stock and size availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our standards.

(2a) Packages must be packed with Good Addition's 'Returns Form' filled up (The 'Returns Form' comes with your receipt in your parcel). If your form has been misplaced, please download/ print the form below and fill up all sections.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may have placed for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, errors or inaccuracies regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
As customs and import fees vary, we are unable to advise the amount payable for such fees once it reaches your country. Please check with your local customs and respective import authority for more details.
If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you and you will not receive the full amount you paid for the order.
