Domestic Shipping

Complimentary delivery will be given for all order(s) within Singapore. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Express shipping is currently not available. Timeframe for all deliveries is an estimate for non-peak periods and Good Addition Pte Ltd is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or delays due to shipping.

International Shipping

All our international orders are fulfilled by DHL Express, with a flat shipping fee that will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that any associated duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer. Delivery will take 10-15 working days for all international orders. Good Addition Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any delays due to customs clearance or failure to pay any associated customs fee required by your local government.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items (with original tags and in its packaging) are accepted provided we receive your return within 14 calendar days starting from the date your order was delivered – in exchange for Store Credits. Your Store Credit will be valid for 180 days from date of issue.

No cash refunds will be given.

Please note that returns or exchange of sale items, under-garments, bodysuits, swimsuits, cosmetics, & lifestyle goods will not be accepted. *We reserve the right to refuse any returned item or exchanges that we deem do not meet our return policy standards.

PLEASE NOTE: All postal fees, custom duties, and taxes for returns are to be borne by the customer. For international mail (outside of Singapore), items sent back to us for an exchange must be declared as “Returned Goods” in your respective customs declaration forms.

Please use a postal/courier service that can be tracked.

Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the customer. Good Addition Pte Ltd will not take responsibility for any lost items in transit.

Good Addition Pte Ltd reserves the right to all final decision regarding return items.


Exchanges are processed in the same way as Returns.

Please follow the Returns process to claim your Store Credits.

Thereafter, you may utilise your Store Credits to repurchase an item, subject to stock and size availability.

*We reserve the right to refuse any returned item or exchanges that we deem do not meet our return policy standards.

How to Return

Please follow these instructions:

(1) Please send packages back to: GOOD ADDITION P/L 61 Ubi Road 1, Oxley Bizhub, #04-16 Singapore (408727).

(2) Packages must be packed with Good Addition's Returns Form filled up (The Returns Form comes with your receipt in your parcel). If your form has been misplaced, please download/print the form below and fill up all sections.

(3) For international customers, Items sent back to us for an exchange must be declared as “Returned Goods” in your respective customs declaration forms

- Returns will be processed in the form of Store Credits to your account within 14 working days of receiving your return.

- Your Store Credit will be valid for 180 days from date of issue.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may have placed for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, errors or inaccuracies regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.


Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Discount Code

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue

Customs and Import Tax

As customs and import fees vary, we are unable to advise the amount payable for such fees once it reaches your country. Please check with your local customs and respective import authority for more details. / If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you and you will not receive the full amount you paid for the order. Please also note that any refunds will be made in store credits to your membership account.
