When will I receive my order?
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Our standard order processing time is up to two business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
How do I know the item will fit me? How does the item fit?
In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:

Product-specific measurements (i.e., shoulders, bust, length etc.).
Size of the garment worn by the model
How the overall fit appears

The above can be found in the ‘ Size Guide’ tab on any item’s product page.
What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty?
Simply email mail@goodaddition.store and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect laundry process, accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty, hence not eligible for returns
Repeated returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
